Senate Declares its congratulations, and acknowledgement of the ascendancy of Lisu to the divine, known hereafter as the goddess Lisu. Senate welcomes the establishment of the Depository over which her temple will preside, yet expresses its regret of her decision to enforce absolute secrecy regarding the ownership and contents of the vaults.
